Yamilka has been in the financial services industry since 2012, including time as an advisor at a broker focused on high net worth clients. At Giesbrecht & Associates, she enjoys working with clients and is committed to providing exceptional service with every client interaction.

Yamilka was born in the Dominican Republic where she worked in the health insurance industry. She moved to Canada after meeting her now husband Mark aboard a Caribbean cruise in 2009, and together they have three sons. She loves travelling and spending time with her family and friends. She is also a founding member of the Hispanic Association of Kamloops.
